I am a trained life- and business coach. I help people fulfil their potential and live a stress-free life.
I’ve been successful in my day job – worked 8+ years in the manufacturing business as Purchasing Category Manager, saved multiple Million Euros for my employers – but I wanted to do something more, something that will make the world a better place. As I naturally worked with the junior colleagues at work, and coached them through their challenges, I got inspired to provide that as a service. This is when I embarked on my coaching journey, got the proper education and started providing a service during the summer of 2024.
We embark on a conversation that is designed to bring new learnings and personal development to you. It can help you reduce stress in your life, manage your time and relationships better, become more resilient and in general, live your life to your best potential.
We meet online, after working hours. I devote my full attention to you. I guide you and provide micro learnings from a variety of applied psychology topics. We work together as equals. I hold the map, you hold the steering wheel. We go where you want to go.
A normal coaching journey takes between 4-8 sessions.
I am committed to the Ethical Guidelines of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), which is the biggest coaching organisation in the world. I am also continuously taking training and mentoring in order to provide service at the highest professional level.
In a world where anyone can call themselves a coach, this ensures that my clients get professional results. I am also on my way to gain the Certificate of ACC by the ICF.
Help & Guidance
It most commonly takes around 4-6 sessions to get to the finish line, but this again varies very much from person to person. For some people, 2 sessions is enough, for others, the process uncovers further areas to develop, and coaching becomes more transformational and goes beyond the initial scope.
We agree on a frequency that works for you. For most people it ranges anywhere from once a week, to once a month. Ideally, the sessions are spaced out enough that you have time to process between them, but not so far that you forget what was discussed the previous time. For most people, the majority of the progress and development happens between the sessions when they are digested.
As your coach, I work to guide you towards a solution to your problem or challenge. The process is very solution-oriented and intended to get results in relatively short term. We are working on understanding how you operate as a person in the present. While coaching can be therapeutic, we don’t spend time untangling your emotional past and childhood, instead we point forward and work on a solution.
There is a systematic approach to it. First we get very specific about what you want to achieve (what it looks like, what it will feel like, what does it take), then we start to discover your inner workings. What has stopped you so far and what is the reason for that. What schemes are working inside you, and how can we let go of these internal resistances. Then, based on this new understanding, we brainstorm multiple ways to achieve the right result, and I help you stay on track in that journey. As a professional coach, I am trained in the soft skills of asking powerful, thought-provoking questions, and providing very constructive feedback and observations.
It takes effort from both of us for the process to be effective. I can guarantee that you will receive professional help by a trained coach, with guidance and encouragement so that you can achieve what you want. You will have to actively participate in the sessions.
In order to provide a professional service in the best way possible, I have finished an education in the ICF (International Coaching Federation). ICF is the biggest and most recognized federation. While coaching is an unregulated field (anyone can call themselves a coach), working with an ICF-trained or ICF-certified coach ensures you get professional support.
I also have a lot of experience from my day job where I helped develop several people over the years. I have a Degree in Technical Management, and I have read dozens of books on self development, leadership, applied psychology and personal finances. All of which becomes part of my practice. The whole process happens in alignment with you. I continuously check in with you to make sure that it brings you value and we are progressing in the direction that serves you. We together agree on when we conclude. If anytime you fell like it doesn’t serve you anymore, you can stop.
All sessions are held online, via the Google Meet platform. You can participate in a time-effective manner from the comfort of your home.
No 🙂 But it is true that I will not straight out tell you what to do. As a coach it is my job to help you find or create the strength within you, and to help you understand what has maybe held you back so far.
Between 1 hour and 1:15. We shoot for one hour, but always finish the topic at hand. Regardless of the exact duration, each session is billed as one hour.
